Lemon cake... with cinnamon on top!


I usually like to stick to the basics as far as dessert goes... but sometimes I'll mix things up a little.
Tonight I made lemon cake, without vegetable oil (a roommate or friend borrowed it and I forgot that it wasn't here). So I used butter instead. Instead of the 1 1/3 cups of vegetable oil, I used 3/4 stick of butter. And it tastes great! I dare say I like it better with butter. 
Oh, and I put some cinnamon on top. Next time I'll either put the cinnamon in before baking, or put cinnamon applesauce on top!
